EREGEX technological infrastructure ensures the proper execution of each transaction that added to all the others, gives the correspondence via EREGEX enforceability of legal content of the document and the reversal of the burden of proof.
The first step is to strongly authenticate the parties. For Electronic Registered Letter (ERL), that authentication is done via the SMS loop that transforms the mobile phone in electronic pen (both for sender and recipient).
The document is downloaded via a secure connection SSL 1024-bit to EREGEX platform after authentication of the sender. A continuation sheet is prepared, containing all information relating to the traceability of the transaction. Then the electronic document is sealed by the electronic signature of the Documentary Operator commissioned by EREGEX (X.509 Certinomis certificate) before: - The original document is filed electronically in Digital Vault Storage (DVS Cecurity.com); - Processing evidence are sequestered on a WORM server (write-once-read-many) that was physically sealed by Maître Jean-Louis Hauguel (bailiff in Paris); - a backup is performed in a secure datacenter 1.5 seconds after the transaction processing.
The timestamping solution used for the signature server (OPEN-TSA) is internal; the time server is synchronous (NTP) with the Meudon (France) atomic clock. The timestamp gives a certain date to the document, to the nearest second, for the following functions: downloading, sending, receiving and opening.
The recipient of the L.R.E. is invited, by email, to read the 100% electronic letter (that it may open within a minute, wherever it is in the world).
The receiver connects to its certified letters account from any computer by using a secure HTTPS 1024 bits connection, then opens the duplicate PDF by clicking on its icon after authentication via SMS loop (which triggers the electronic signature of the digital receipt). |
